THE MODERN DAY CINDRE STORY

There was this girl, she was a heiress, and she was the most eligible bachelorette in the town. All men from far and wide wanted to hook up with her cos she was beautiful, rich and she was the bomb!.Anyways, so when she found out that she couldn't find the most suitable bachelor for herself, she organized a sweet sixteen party. It was going to be the party of the year. So she invited all the hot bachelors in the town to the party.Meanwhile, there was this dude called Cindre. He was living with his wicked uncle. He was made to do all the work in the house. He fed the kids, had to clean the whole house, and was generally mistreated by his wicked uncle and his wife. This dude heard about the party that the heiress was throwing and he really wanted to attend the party. However, there was a slight glitch. Even though he had come of age, he still had a curfew. His uncle required him to be home at 6pm. In the event that he had someplace to go to, he had to inform his uncle three days in advance, and even at that he had to be home by 9pm at the most. He really wanted to go to party. So the day of the party arrived. Everybody that was everybody was there. All the frat boys were there , even the knights were there- hoping to be the heiress' "knight in shining armour". The DJ (T-Boogie) got the crowd hyped, everybody was on the dancefloor getting their grind on. All the guys were in a battle over who would dance with the heiress. Our guy didn't know how to dance but he could try. The Heiress noticed that the dude wasn't trying to struggle to dance with her, so she walked up to him and asked for a dance. On the dance floor, my guy was really trying to get the steps right so as not to embarass himself. However, babe herself was a stepper, so he had to do more than try. After a couple of tracks: Snap your fingers,... Lean with it,.... It's going down.... the babe was really getting into dancing with our guy regardless of the fact- or because of the fact- that he couldn't dance as well as she could. Then, my guy looked at his wristwatch, and discovered it was almost 9pm! chei! It was almost past his curfew, but was the babe was really feeling him.. but if he broke his curfew, his uncle would show him hell, and his aunt would make sure that he didn't eat in that house for the next three days!Faced with no choice, my guy used scope to get lost in the crowd. As he figured that the Paris Hil...-my bad!- the heiress couldn't see him anymore, he made a dash for the door. He ran like the forces of hell were pursuing him (my guy didn't have a car) back home.Meanwhile, the party ended and the heiress already knew that she wanted the-funny-dancing-dude to be her beau. However, she forgot to get his number, she had to find him at all costs. So she googled him, but he returned no matches. Determined not to be deterred, she went on hi5, but the process was too complicated. Then, she went on Facebook. Alas, she found a picture where someone tagged him. She got his details off of facebook, facebook-messaged him, and generally tracked him down. She sent for him and poured her heart to him. She proposed a relationship and he accepted and he moved in with her into her Taj Mahal penthouse apartment. And Cindre and Par.- the heiress- lived happily ever after till.... ~to be continued...

Three weeks down!!!

It seemed just like yesterday when orientation started. Time seems to fly when you're having fun....psyc! fun ko, fun ni. I know I created this blog to release tension and stress, and what not, but I've not had the time to faithfully blog about the things I want to.
First things first, let me run you through my first week of school. First, orientation was looooooooong! haba! the thing went on and on forever! we had activities planned out for every minute of the day, down to bathroom schedule (ok, it wasn't that bad) but I felt like I was in high school all over again. I got to meet some real nice people and some over-sabi dudes like that. One of the most annoying moments was when during orientation, one dude in the class got up and asked "when is our first exam?". I felt like slapping him right there and then. You haven't even started lectures yet you are asking about the exam.
*** next day***
I sort of lost my train of thoughts, but med school is fun. I seemed to have devoloped my enthusiasm a lil late cos I really wasn't too excited about school starting before, now (when everyone's excitement has died down), Boomsy is now excited.
I almost lost the excitement while preparing for my first exam. There is this myth that is usually propagated that most med students fail their first exams. Actually, its so widespread that most people just expected to fail. The exam wasn't bad at all, and I actually expect to pass.
I'm writing this in class, so I'm probably not paying attention to some info that I might need to save your life. Before I go, some random last lines:

* I got to med school and I realized that I had ADD

* Dem Blasted Dental Students have started school.... now there'll be more struggle for parking

*gtg!
